I just wanted to say what excellent service we had from start to finish with coping superstore despite a major issue which was not under their control. Sophie acted entirely professional, polite and understanding throughout and was promptly on the phone at all times getting back to us to resolve our problem, even out of hours.

We needed a coping on the main wall of our gated community. The idea was to prevent rain dripping down the wall and staining the rendering as well as to improve the appearance of the wall. The aluminium product supplied by Coping Superstore was ideal - robust, fitting perfectly and looking very good. It significantly enhanced the appearance of the community viewed from the approach to the gate. It also protects the paintwork of the wall and so perfectly fulfils the purposes which we had in mind.

As with all large building projects there are many challenges; however, Sophie was always on hand to support us - the customer service was nothing short of excellent.
