Product Description:
AX SnapFix Half Round, Deep Run and Moulded extruded aluminium gutter profiles, jointed with internal union clips. A range of brackets are available to accommodate all types of eaves condition. AX SnapFix profiles can be connected to aluminium pipework systems in either round, square or rectangular sections and secured by standard or offset brackets. The installation procedure is the same for AXS Half Round, AXS Deep Run and AXS Moulded gutter.

An economical range of extruded aluminium gutter sections designed for traditional wet jointing on site. AX gutters are available in 3 profiles now with the new SnapFix design in a choice of sizes ideal for where a high capacity gutter system is required.

Materials & Finishes
- BBA Approved polyester powder coating process, Factory applied at Alumasc
- 29 standard colours with additional BS or RAL colours available to special order
- Also available in plain mill finish for on-site painting
- Wet sealed and bolted joints - very simple well proven method
- Gutter joints are secured with screws or bolts through integral holes/slots
- Fixed by brackets as well as an option to direct fix for the moulded profile
- Minimal maintenance requirements
- UK manufactured under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 factory certified conditions
- Based on aluminium extrusions to BS 1474:1972, material 6063 T6
All of our products are manufactured to order. We keep sheet material in stock ready to be manufactured. As such we aim to manufacture and despatch items within the following time frames after order confirmation*
- Galvanised, Black/Anthracite PPC rainwater guttering: 3-5 days,
- Milled coping products: 5-7 days,
- Milled fascia/soffit products: 15 working days from drawing approval,
- PPC coloured coping/soffit/fascia products: 8-10 days,
- Other PPC and Copper/Zinc guttering products: 15 days

* Some products/systems may require a drawing prior to manufacturing. If applicable lead-times start once these signed off drawings have been received.
